IBS 나노의학연구단, 국제 학술행사 IBS Conference 성황리에 개최

뇌 신경 기술 분야 최고 수준의 석학 9명 연사로 참여

기초과학연구원(IBS) 나노의학연구단은 지난 4월 24일부터 4월 25일까지 2023 IBS 콘퍼런스를 개최하였다. 이번 콘퍼런스는 “신경 및 세포 공학을 위한 새로운 분자 나노 기술에 관한 콘퍼런스(Conference on Emerging Technologies for Molecular- and Nano-Modulations for Neuro- and Cell-Engineering)”라는 주제를 바탕으로 연세대학교 IBS관에서 진행되었다.

나노의학연구단과 연세대학교 고등과학원이 공동으로 주관하여 개최한 이번 콘퍼런스에는 국제 저명 뇌과학자인 뉴욕대학교 Gyorgy Buzsaki 교수를 비롯하여, 세계 학술지 네이처 나노테크놀로지(Nature Nanotechnology) 소속의 Raghavendra Palankar 에디터 등 신경기술 분야 최고 수준의 석학 총 9명이 연사로 참여하였다. 이 날 총 90여 명 가량의 학생, 연구원 및 교원들이 참석하였으며, 강의 이후에는 활발한 질의응답을 주고 받으며 학술 교류의 장을 마련하였다.
